How it works
- Tell us about your group. Fill in the form below — your goal, roughly how many sellers, and which three extra flavors you want.
- Send us your seller list. First names, plus grade or team. We build your group its own order page and one QR code for everyone.
- Everyone shares the QR code. Text, group chat, email, social, or the printed flyer. Supporters pick who they're supporting and pay by card — nobody handles cash.
- We deliver, sorted. Everything arrives packed and labeled by seller, ready to hand out. Supporters who live far away can pay to have theirs shipped straight to them instead.

Every fundraiser is built on these six — the flavors we hold in bulk, which is how we deliver hundreds of orders on time. Your group then picks three more from the full line-up, including seasonal flavors for Halloween and Christmas.

Every seller earns something
Most fundraisers only reward the top three, so everybody else stops trying in week one. Ours pays out the whole way down — sell a handful and you've earned Kettlecorn Cash to spend at our store.
Medals, top billing in the standings, and a $200 prize budget your group awards however your policy allows — gift cards, tickets, or product.
A popcorn party for the whole class, on us. For groups without classes, that budget goes to bigger prizes for first, second and third.
While you're selling, we email your organizer the standings — every seller's total, the class race, how close the group is to its goal, and how many more each seller needs for their next tier.

The details, up front
- Your group keeps 50% of product sales.
- Nothing to pay, ever. No deposit, no set-up fee, no minimum order. You do not need a treasurer's approval to start.
- Sellers need 10 items to qualify for prizes. At least half a class must sell for that class to win the party.
- Delivery or shipping — the supporter chooses. Free when their seller hands it over from your group's delivery, or shipped to their door for $8 ($20 with a gift tin). Your group's 50% is on the popcorn — postage never comes out of it.
- All fundraiser flavors are nut-free. Our kitchen handles wheat, but does not handle peanuts.

Nine questions, about a minute. This is an inquiry, not a commitment — nothing is booked until we have spoken and agreed dates.
What happens next: we reply within two working days, usually the same day. We talk through your goal, your flavors and a delivery date we can actually make. Only then do you get the agreement to sign — and only then is it booked.
