Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Orders go out from our kitchen at the Bristol Amish Market, 498 Green Lane, Booth 2, Bristol, PA 19007.

Shipping rates

Flat rate shipping is $5 on orders under $60. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout.

How we ship

Orders travel by USPS Ground Advantage. Popcorn is light but bulky, so we pack for protection rather than to save space.

Processing time

Every batch is popped fresh, so we do not ship from stock and not every flavor is on hand at all times. We are at the market Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so an order placed early in the week is made and shipped later that week. Please allow up to 7 days for us to make and ship your order. It is often faster than that, and you will get tracking by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery times

Once your package is with USPS, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. So please allow up to 7 days for us to make and ship your order, plus transit time on top. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Orders lost in shipment

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package does not arrive, it is the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS.

Damaged or stale arrivals

If your popcorn arrives damaged or stale, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our return and refund policy.
