These are sample standings — every name and number on them is made up.
It shows what we track for your group while your fundraiser is running, and send to your organizer by email — there is no login. Nothing here is a real school, a real student or a real order.

How Kettlecorn Cash is awarded

Every seller earns, not just the top three. It is store credit, and it tops out at $75 for 50 items or more.

Spends like cash at our Bristol Amish Market store, on anything we sell. Handed out with your delivery as a printed gift card, good for twelve months. Each bag, tub and tin counts as one item — a 4-pack counts as 4.

A progress post, on request

Ask us during your fundraiser and we'll make one, ready to post or email. Showing people how close the group is is the ask — most supporters buy because the goal looks reachable, not because they were told twice.

115 more orders gets us there — and there are 5 days left.
Scan to order. Friends and family out of town can have it shipped ($8, or $20 with a tin) — every order counts.
And when you hit the goal?

A bar at 100% reads as "no longer needed", so the post rebases to the stretch goal you named at signup — $5,000 funds the uniforms, $7,500 covers instrument repairs too. Meanwhile Kettlecorn Cash tiers and the class race never finish, so sellers keep going regardless.

Why this one works
  • Momentum first. Yesterday's number is always positive, even in a slow week.
  • A small, concrete ask. "115 more orders" lands better than a percentage — it sounds like something one person can move.
  • A deadline. Days left is what turns "later" into "now".
  • The QR is right there, so seeing the progress and ordering are the same action.

One caution: if a group falls well behind, lead with the orders needed, not the percentage. Nobody funds a lost cause — but almost everyone will buy one tub to get a group over the line.

Every seller's Kettlecorn Cash

In every standings email. Kettlecorn Cash is a printed gift card — we make them up and hand them to you with the popcorn on delivery day, so there is nothing for a child to log into and nothing to lose before then. This table is what we print against, so check it before delivery.

What else you get

One page, one QR code

Your group gets its own order page and one QR code that everyone shares.

Supporters pick their seller on the page, so every order is credited to the right child. Nothing is sent to a child by us, and no child signs up for anything.

Packing by seller

Delivery day is the part that breaks most fundraisers. Yours arrives already sorted.

One labeled bag per seller — name, class and a packing slip listing every order inside it, in the order the buyer names appear. Bags are grouped by class, so a teacher can take their stack and go. Nothing is poured onto a cafeteria table and sorted by hand.

Four roll-ups

The same data cut four ways, because each one answers a different question. We send them as a spreadsheet whenever you ask.

  • Per order — buyer, items, flavors, amount, seller. What you check when someone queries an order.
  • Per seller — every child, their orders, total sold and Kettlecorn Cash. What prizes are decided from.
  • Per class — totals by class or team, for the standings and the winning-class party.
  • Master list — every order in one sheet, for your treasurer and your records.
