How a fundraiser actually starts
Five steps. You are at step three — nothing is booked until this is signed.
Dates and delivery
These come first because they are the only things that can stop us taking the job. We deliver once, to one address, on the day we agree.

Terms & conditions
The deal
Your group keeps 50% of product sales. There is no deposit, no set-up fee and no minimum. It costs your group nothing to run this.
Delivery
One delivery, to the one address above, on the agreed date. If that date moves we both have to agree the new one in writing. Somebody from your group has to be there to receive and count it.
Allergens
All fundraiser flavors are nut-free. Our kitchen handles wheat but does not handle peanuts. A full ingredient and allergen sheet for every flavor is attached to this agreement.
Your supporters' details
We never sell or share your supporters' information, and we never pass your list to another organization. Buyers who opt in may hear from Best Darn Kettlecorn directly, and can unsubscribe at any time.
Kettlecorn Cash
Printed gift cards, handed to you with the delivery. Redeemable in store for twelve months. Not valid on fundraiser orders.
Cancelling
Either side can cancel before selling opens. Once orders are placed they belong to the supporters who made them and the fundraiser runs to its end date.

A countersigned copy is emailed to you and kept on your dashboard.
Then what?
We load your roster, generate your QR code, and send your launch kit — the QR in print and screen sizes, a ready-to-send email, social posts and a flyer, all carrying your logo. Your dashboard opens the day selling starts.
