McCay Enterprises LLC d/b/a Best Darn Kettlecorn (“Best Darn Kettlecorn”, “we”, “us”) runs the text message programs described below. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Our programs
Customer Updates. Order and pickup notifications, fundraiser updates for group organizers, and occasional new-flavor and offer announcements.
Team Scheduling. For people who work our events: monthly availability requests, the published schedule, shift reminders and day-of changes.
These are separate programs. Opting into one does not opt you into the other, and stopping one does not stop the other.
How to opt in
- Customer Updates — tick the text-messages box when you order or sign up on our website, or reply START to a message from our customer number.
- Team Scheduling — crew members opt in during onboarding, or by replying START.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Customer Updates: Message frequency varies.
Team Scheduling: Message frequency varies with the event schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your text-message opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
