We bring the kettle to you. Our team pops fresh kettle corn on site, and your guests help themselves — no cash, no lines to pay, just the smell of it popping and a bag in everyone’s hand.
You pay by the hour, we handle the rest. Popular for corporate events and employee appreciation days, weddings and receptions, grand openings, school events and private parties. We travel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Our rate
$650 per hour · 3-hour minimum
Most events start at $1,950 for the three-hour minimum.
That covers everything:
- Two of our team on site for the full booking
- The kettle, the cooker and the bagger — all the equipment
- Continuous popping for the entire time. We don’t pop a batch and stop — we cook and bag straight through, so there’s always fresh kettle corn coming off the kettle and bagged ready to hand out
- All the product your guests can eat during the booking
How much popcorn is that? We run through roughly a 40 lb bag of kernels every hour, so a standard three-hour booking is about three full bags popped and bagged on site. How many finished bags that fills depends on the flavor — yield varies by product, so tell us your guest count and we’ll tell you what to expect.
Your guests pay nothing — they just walk up and take a bag. We serve throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; tell us where you are and we’ll confirm.

The longer minimum on distant bookings isn’t a surcharge in disguise — a three-hour job two hours away is most of a day for a two-person crew, and the extra time is what makes the trip work for both of us.
What we need from your venue
Our kettle setup is heavy equipment — it travels on a trailer and it doesn’t get carried any distance. Two things decide whether we can work a site:
- We have to reach the spot. We need to bring the truck and trailer right up to wherever the tent is going, to load in and load out. If a vehicle can’t get to that spot, we can’t set up there.
- Somewhere safe to leave the truck and trailer for the length of the event.
- Standard 110V power at the setup point.
Not sure about any of it? Say so on the form — there is often a service entrance or a load-in window that solves it, and we would rather sort that out now than on the day.
